Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services.
2. Vehicle Listing and Inspection
Vehicles listed for sale must be legally owned by the seller and free from disputes or encumbrances.
We reserve the right to inspect any vehicle before listing or sale.All vehicles are sold in “as-is” condition, unless otherwise specified in writing.
3. Pricing and Payments
Prices quoted are subject to market fluctuations and negotiation.
Payments must be made through approved methods: cash, bank transfer, UPI, or any other method agreed upon.
Full payment must be received before ownership is transferred
4. Vehicle Registration and Transfer
We assist with RC (Registration Certificate) transfer, but it remains the buyer’s and seller’s joint responsibility to complete legal ownership changes with the RTO.
All required documents must be submitted: RC book, insurance, pollution certificate, ID proof, etc.
5. No Warranty
Unless explicitly stated, used vehicles are sold without any warranty or guarantee.
Buyers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle and test-drive before finalizing the purchase.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Once a transaction is completed, no refunds or cancellations will be allowed unless agreed in writing.
In the case of advance bookings, a cancellation fee may apply.
7. Conduct and Misuse
Users must not provide false information, engage in fraudulent transactions, or misuse our platform/services.
Any misconduct will result in immediate termination of services and may involve legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or legal issues arising after the vehicle is sold.
Our liability is limited to the amount of commission or service fee collected from the transaction, if any.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our premises or website.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction under the courts of Pollachi, Tamil Nadu.
